My Sephora VIB sale picks

If you are a big sephora fan like me then you are already aware of the VIB sale. But for those who aren't familiar with Sephora (I hope this is not the case - it is heaven!) or aren't aware of what VIB is, let me fill you in quickly. Like Boots in the UK sephora is a US store dedicated to everything beauty related and has a loyalty scheme that you allows you to earn points from your purchases. With these points you can trade them in for lots of amazing rewards that range from samples to travel size sets and now even experiences (not long ago there was a chance to meet Kat Von D). This scheme has three levels: Beauty Insider, VIB and VIB Rouge. Depending on how much you spend in a year determines which level you get. When you are lucky enough (or unfortunate enough-depending on your bank balance) to reach VIB or VIB Rouge you get some privileges and one of those is once or twice (or more I'm not exactly sure) a year Sephora throw VIB/VIB Rouge Sales where they offer 20% off to beauty insiders at those status'.

Don't read the books, listen to them*

Don’t know if you have heard of it before but I'm sure you have seen it popping up all over the internet, Amazon have a new app/service called Audible which is a subscription service for getting all kinds of audiobooks.

If like me you never get a chance to sit and read a book, I find audiobooks are a good option. Just a matter of sticking the earphones in at lunch time or have it on in the car. I have to make an hour journey to work so this is perfect way for me to get through all those books I wanted to read.

VERY LATE....What I got for Christmas 2015

Hello again,

Christmas 2015 was one of the best I must say, not that I really left the house or my pyjamas for that matter. And not because it was full of great gifts but because it was spent with my nearest & dearest and involved lots of relaxing and enjoying my time off with lots of 'me' time. Lets not forget all the shopping I done too which I now regret after checking my bank but those sales get me everytime and some are too good to be true. There is definitely a big enough haul done and all will be revealed in a post soon.

You make look at the title and be like "helloo, its 2016 & christmas has been and gone". But hear me out. I have had this post drafted back in november and was planning to add to it before I posted it but obviously I done neither. LOL! So I thought before I post a 'What I got for Christmas' post I'll take you's back to what I wanted for christmas. AGAIN not that it matters what I or you get for christmas and I'm a strong believe in that its not about the presents but the presence (having your family around you). But i have to admit this year i have been really loving watching everyones 'what i got for christmas' videos and reading the blog posts.

Now lets rewind to November...
